Default all done

at last job done, removed the lower fairings (really easy and quick) released the 2 coolant hoses, drained the bottom one into a container, good clean coolant so re-used it, removed the 2 10mm bolts at the bottom of rad and the 1 at the top, just slid off the other side and let it rest. I now had plenty of room to service the plugs, no probs and less stress. could have done the oil change at the same time. Much better this way i think. Thanks for your input guys

cheers mate, yep quite pleased the way it looks so far. a lot of head scratching before making cuts to the rear frame. i have lots of ideas and the parts to put on. my son has the YZF R6 09 nice bike and keeps saying to me " get a new bike" why ? mine aint broke still makes me buzz when i,m on it. i like the thought of putting my mark on it and it being different, watch this space lol. ride safe

imagine the fun you could have had by posting an add on craigslist for help getting in from the sides.

I looked up my service manual and don't know what the tool kit is called. You wouldn't happen to know?

4+ year old thread...

But just get a honda plug tool. They are everywhere, and that's all I needed.

Seriously? You're suppose to change spark plugs? Why doesn't anyone ever tell me these things.
