no it wouldnt, it would be short on fuel as soon as you got on the throttle hard. huh..... i cant think of what it could be.
the only other thing i can think of is are the jets set improperly?

If it was ok before you changed the plugs (which I Assume it was, as you didn't state differently), then there's nothing wrong with the fuel side of it,
why does everyone look to the imposible 1st??????????????????????????????????????????
i've put irridium plugs in loads of CBR from standard and had no problem but you have to set the gap correctly IT IS SO IMPORTANT!!!!
there is no such thing as pre set plugs as the so called shops tell you
what happens if they drop 1 in the shop while packing stocking them

well when i change the plugs i shut the fuel valve off and take the tank off. (because i will clean out the airbox and filter too) when you put the tank back on it is totally feasible to pinch a line hence the bike getting fuel at low speeds but when it needs a lot of fuel it not being there.
You never said you had the tank off [:@]
you don't need to take the tank off to change the plugs,
Why does everyone cause so much work for themselves when working on their bikes, if you get the correct spark plug socket all you need to do is remove the small side inspection pannels on each side,

i think i found my problem i had a hole in the main fuel line not to big.. it was right were the clamp was.. so i hope thats my problem no i took the tank off to clean air flilter and had to move some stuff out of the way from previous owner messing with.......
so ill keep you guys informed i havent had a chance yet to fix it tonight i am working on it
