Default shift kits anyone?

Do any of you guys have a shift kit put in? if so what are you using and what difference did you notice. i seen a couple of kits by factory pro ones like 35 and the other is 90 or so. i think the one for 90 includes a new micro bearing arm i think they are called. please let me know your thoughts. thanks

Spend your money on suspension. It makes the bike safer, more personal to your touch and helps tires last.I got the skinny on that

I dont know how they work, I was looking at it too because when I first got my F2 it was hard to get into second.

A new chain fixed that, the shift kit is just a gasket and some type of spring...not sure what the deal is

Well i know that it helps easy into the gear with much less force. I am dieing trying to find second here. just thought some might have an idea of what the best may be and if i should just get the spring or the bearing arm also. Also on the tranny subject, does anyone get a clunking when shifting through all gears? i am new to the cbr but my old trusty virago just started doing the clunking this year as well (cant remember if it did this before). just wondering if that is normal.

Maybe your linkage is working it's way loose.

I have a detent spring on the racebike and it helps. It's rare that I shift that fast on the street [sm=icon_quiet.gif]

Link between footpeg and shift-shaft.Move it around to your liking. If it's adjustable, adjust it!
