Is the radiator fluid miky chocolate colored? Also do you visibly see bubbles coming out when the radiator cap is off? If you have overheating problems and all these signs persist, then it's likey that you have a blown head gasket.

I second the coffee colored fluid as a blown head gasket and sounds like your water pump has quit to blow the head gasket too. So you will need to flip the motor over when replacing the head gasket and check out why the pump isn't working. This is not going to be a easy fix. BTW, please stop riding the bike until you tear it down before you do anymore damage than already done.

Oil cooler seals may be leaking.

Demon is right. Start with the oil cooler seals(box behind the headers). That was my problem with dried seals a couple years ago(cheap and easier fix). But it also sounds like your water pump stopped working. On a cold motor, it should immediatly pump water out of the radiator cap opening. If water sits idle when started till it start warming up. The pump is toast.
