Ok lads I tried to post this on the General Tech with little response, then I scrolled down, wall-ah!

Ok. I am looking for some race plastics for a F2 I am going to kit out for the track. Besides air-stream I am not having much luck finding any.
Can I assume parts for the F3 95-99 will also fit the F2?
Anyways I'll keep searching and post up when I get started!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Standard F3 fairings will fit the F2. However, there are some exceptions. The fairing stay is different between the two models. I don't know about race fairings, but I'd assume the same to be true. Later f3 models (97-98) use a different seat, rear fairings, and rear light however.

To use the f3 fairings you'll need to buy a new fairing stay and headlight.

On later (fv & fw) models the rear light, mudguard and fairings are all different. In order to use these you'll need to change the rear light and mudguard. The seat is different too, but the old one is compatible.

I see that your from phoenix as well. where do you plan on going to the track? thought about checkin it out but havent had a chance to dive in to deep yet.

I've ridden Arroyo Seco and FB East, but that was on my Speed Triple. Lowsided at FB and the warden ok'd a track bike so here I am!

I am in Uptown Phx just off of Camelback & 16th. Always game for riding!

I have that upper faring for the f2 if you like... Its a FBG race faring but it has the insert for the f2 light. All one piece. I will PM u.
