Now all I need is a 520 sprocket if anyone has a spare new or usedthey would sell me.

RE: Putting my F2 Wheel on my Dirtbike.
It is much cheaper to go this route then to buy a Supermoto wheel which would be around $500. Others I have talked to about this have said they like the extra weight down low too because it is more stable.
With this rim I also get to keep the cush drive somewhat intact to save wear and tear on my transmission as well. I am making this bike street legal and need a street tire so I decided to get one strictly for street and get good traction.
This thing is gonna rip on the streets!

Casey, can you do a write-up of what was involved?
Spacers, machining specs etc.?
I'm doing this to my CRF450R for supermoto and would like to know the cost of machining and the measurements!
That CR500 is gonna rip, that'sa HUGE 2 stroke...

That CR500 is gonna rip, that'sa HUGE 2 stroke...
1-Machine the hub down on both sides flush to the bearing (I took out the dust seals)
2-Take the rotor off and machine that area of the hub down flush to the lowest point (I will need shorter rotor mounting bolts for the rotor.
3-Measure the distance I need from the inside of the rotor to the inside of the sprocket on my paddle wheel I provided him as a source of measurment.
4-Take the cush out and machine the entire hub down to that measurement. Then machine the inner part of the hub to regain the 1/8" lip that is there for a better fit or the cush drive.
5-Machine the cush drive insert part the same amount so that it fits snug.
6-I am going to cut the cush rubbers so that they fit.
7-I am gonna have to get shorter nuts to hold the sprocket on and cut the lugs shorter to skinny it up as much as possible.
8-I will have to put the completed wheel on and take some measurements for the spacers. I have a couple of spare spacers from my dirt wheel hanging around and I will cut those down to the measurements I need.
It's a tight fit. As you can see in the pic, the wheel was on there without the cush drive.

Is it possible to transfer a dirtbike with no functional mirrors, lights, and any other street required equipment... into a street legal vehicle? I have never looked in to it to be honost.
