I'm planning on taking the media blast and powdercoating path, prolly this winter, or when I decide to pull the swingarm again to have it get the same treatment.

My headers were rusted all to ****. I ended up getting a set of like-new headers with a stock exhaust for $90 shipped on eBay.

Take a steel brush to them and get all the rust. Get high temp spray paint and coat them. They'll look slick.
