Default Project bike

Hey there, new to street bikes but i wanted a project so i picked up this
1994 cbr f2 at an auction and i'm stuck cuz it wont start?! Cleaned the carbs (which already looked clean), put new plugs in,changed oil and filter. But it just turns over,it started a few times but not more then a second then just dies. I've been putting starting fluid in the carbs cuz the tank was not attached. Heck i'm not even sure all the parts are here. I'll try to include some pics, any help is greatly appreciated cuz i need it. thanks.

yes i have the tank, i actually hooked it up yesterday and tried to get it started using the actual hoses and everything. looks like i might have flooded it though, took plugs out and they were wet. so i pumped dry for a few seconds trying to get the gas out of there. i'm currently checking compression because thats one area i have not checked. and why is it so hard to add pics on here? i'm not a total idiot with computers but it seems harder then normal?

Nope, didn't work.

Use Photobucket. Simply copy the IMG link on the right side of the page to your post.
