Default oil change front fork cbr600f2 1994

Hi,
need to know how much oil to put in the fork. Post I read state I need to push the inner tube down without spring in it and then measure the mms left from oil to top of inner leg.
Comments I read say it should be 120 to 140 mm. That applies to the older type of fork. Does this apply to my fork, which seems to be the latest model for the 1994 bike?
Do I also need to remove the rod inside and how much air-space should I have??
Thanks!!!!
I attached a pic of the fork.

All the forks I've done, you need the spring out to bleed the air bubbles out. Then I set the level to spec using a dipstick made from a ziptie marked at the desired depth. I like to do it with the spring in, since it takes up space.
