new vs old
have any of you ever rode any of the newer models of bikes for a long period of time. i did and it made me love my bike even more. it might just be me but my f2 is plenty comfortable for a long ride. even though people say that i can't pull it off. i rode the rc-51 for about an hour and i had to get off. it sits too wierd for me. cool bike but a pain in the a$$. i guess they just don't build them like they used to.

Seems the newer bikes all sport an extra aggressive riding position that puts your nose out over the windscreen and keeps you up on your tippy toes at lights- all that weight on your wrists does not make for comfy rides for any longer that around town. I love the heck outta my "old skool" F2. Still lower than my bro's sv650, yet still comfy enough to spend extended periods of time (with a gel seat, mind you, the stocker is like a 2 by 4 with vinyl stretched over it) in the saddle.
