I just bought a new fiber glass upper fairing but i dont know if it has headlight mounting tabs or posts. so my question is does anyone know how to fab some? how hard would it be??

 

first off, what kind did you get.. most of them that I have seen have the mounts for the headlight as long as its not a race fairing..
second.. I hope it fits.. I got one and it wouldnt even come close to the mounting holes... good luck

I got It off Ebay.. I think It was from cycle therapy.. they are an awsome conpany, and very helpful.. he said that I was the first person to complain about one in a long tiime.. I think that mine was just made wrong... I said FU@K It and I learned how to plastic weld and I fixed all my pannels as good as new. best of luck to you!
