new guy
Hi, everybody. I'm a happy owner of 1991 cbr600F2 with about 16k miles. I bought it about 2 months ago and I just love the bike. I put a few hunderd miles on it, did my first track day on it and managed to lowside it on the track. I broke upper left fairing and I got a black one from ebay . Here're pics of the bike before I dumped it.

RE: new guy
I was running Pocono, PA. East course. That's the closest one for me. I live in Brooklyn.
I'm going to Pocono Int. Raceway againg on August 10. It's FUSA course this time. Much bigger and much higher speeds. I wasn't sure if I should do FUSA, because it might be too overwhelminng since it's only my second track day ever and all I need to work on is basics: progressive looking/reference points, body position. I'll try to take it easy this time, lol
The pics were taken at PIR, East Course. I was taking track school and the first picture is taken before lunch when we were working on reference points and were told by instructors to use whatever body position we were used to when riding on the street.
The second one is in the afternoon (After I crashed( you cannot really see the damage on the left upper fairing)). That's the session when we were working on body positioning( Notice my left knee is out) The instructors said they teach body positioning late in the day because when they used to teach it in the morning students weren't able to concentrate on anything else for the rest of the day
