hey guy sim looking at getting a 94 cbr 600 f2. It has 31k and some slight wear (its 12 years old) but it looks like a great first bike. Any avice? what are some things i should do as soon as i get the bike I.e. oil change......

 

I would do a complete tune up and make sure you get yourself some riding I didnt get my gear until I dropped my bike the 2nd time and I shouldve gotten it sooner

 

yeah ive already got gear on the way in the mail and planned on doing a tune-up, but ive never owned a bike before some im not sure what a tune up on a bike entails.

also, does anybody know any links to good parts sites? i keep finding sub-par sites (i guessing bc these bike are getting old). Im looking not only for upgrade in performance, but cosmetics as well (mainly lighting). Thank for the help guys/ladies

 

check out the sponsors page. It's is kinda hard to find parts for these bikes. I use ebay for the hard to finds.
