New to cbr's and site

I have a strange sweak or rubbing sound between 5 mph and 20 mph only when i let off the gas and it stops if i speed up or pull in the clutch. Started after i lowered it. Any thing that comes to mind? Chain guides maybe?

Found it to be that the bottom chain guide is rubbing on the chain. Did i drop it to much or do i have to remove it to clear the chain???

you mean the rubber chain guide that wraps around the front of the swingarm - running along the top and bottom?

I think you could trim it down a hair and be ok. Mine is mostly gone on the bottom due to the PO running the chain with tons too much play.
