to all F2 owners i need some help please if any one has a F2 upper not on ther bike please measure it for me ........form the the (middle) of the lower mirror mounting hole to the (middle) oflowermounting hole that attches to the side fairings as seen in pic. ok haers the story i have a cbr 600 F2 but no matter what afftermarket upper faring i buy it dosint fit only the stock ones i got on the bike fit so im not shur if the guy before me changed anyting on it so i need to see if my bike or evey afftermarket i buy so please send how far and what year your bike is

Just checked mine (CBR600F2 1992) and it measures 42cm or 161/2 inches in theold scale :-) hope that helps

thanks man im just trying to figer it all out my'ing is at 17inch thats the stock fairing i took off but so iany other one i buy is at 16inch mswic trying to see if some one maybe hed fairings of fairing stay with diffrent cbr partsim realy not shur man i cant finsh the bike with you the upper im waiting for that to paint it so im at a stand still so please if any one can give me any other info or idas pleas let me know

 

This is pretty typical of aftermarket fairings, especially for older bikes.

 

ya but not a inch off of every mounting onle on the bike.im trying to make shur the guy before me didnt find what he need'ed and gust buy a diffrent upper with the upper fram so it wil fit right on the bike
