RE: miles?
NEVER EVER rely simply on miles. have had an e150 clubwagon with 330K miles on it and it ran better than cars i have had with less than 100K on it. my f2 has 22K on it and runs like a champ. You can find f2s that have less than 10K but are they going to run as well as some with 40 or 50K on it? it really all depends on if it was taken care of. I believe some people have had close to 100K if not more on these bikes.

RE: miles?
Mine was beat to hell with the fairings held on by bread wrapper twist ties. The rear brakes had been smoked (the rotor was DOA). When I rode it home the tank and seat weren't even bolted on. It was UGLY!!! But I paid $1000 for her with 20K original miles. But Holy twist and go Batman! did she run great. So now I have about $1500 dollars into it and she only wants for paint. It looks like I'm going to make at least that much parting out my old '82 GL500i.
