Default Long shot question

My regulator rectifier needs to be replaced... by any chance does anyone happen to have an extra/spare one that you would like to sell?

not me...but I think there's a place you can order them for not much money.

I can't remember the name

maybe replace the wiring harness too-- that's what the Honda tech told me to do.

You can get a brand new one, with a one year warranty from Electrosport.com for $99.00 plus shipping part number ESR580
http://www.electrosport.com
Or you can go to i-bike.com and get one for $89.00, it's made by Electrosport, but ten bucks cheaper.
These VR's have heat sinks built into them, better quality and 100 bucks cheaper than the original Honda Part.

You know what, I went to i-bikes store today in Redwood City and ordered my Voltage Regulator. I see they charged me $113.95 plus tax. Call them or email before you buy, their website quotes $89.00 but I didn't pay attention and they charged me a little more. You might try electrosports website, they advertise $99.00. Hey fifteen bucks is fifteen bucks in my book.
