Default IRIDIUM OR STANDARD

which NGK plug is better to use on the F2. The iridium plug or just the standard plug? theres not a huge difference in price so i was wondering if i should just spend the extra couple dollars to get the iridium plugs.

This is what I know. The iridium could be the last plug you will ever buy because it's made to last a long time. The Iridium plug has more resistance because the metal doesn't carry current as well as silver or copper, so the spark won't be quite as good. (miniscule amounts)

I have Iridium plugs in mine right now, but since I have to pull the tank off at least once a year to check the air filter I figure I could just change the plugs easily then. if there ever isa next time changing plugs, I'll just use the regular cheapo version.

interesting... I changed over to iridium and now one of mine aren't firing consistantly. It's probably my error from installation, still couldn't be out of the question that it's simply not firing though.
