Stand up wheelie for 1/2 mile. That explains it.

These bikes are not good for wheelies. They'll suck air into the oil pump and fry. Have read about happening to a few guys on here.

ANY bike with a wet sump oil system, which is most of them, is going to be oil deprived while doing a stand up wheelie... now if you're wheelieing at 120mph+, at least you'd only be oil deprived for 15 seconds, but that would be 15 seconds at 9000 RPM+, so, still not recommended!

You mean not good for extended wheelies without a modification to make sure that the engine still gets oil. A quick lofting of the front wheel is easy and harmless (unless you bail).

There was a thread on here last year about a kid who rode a wheelie for like 10 seconds or some short time and cooked his engine....
You can pop the front end off the line without issue but I certainly wouldn't ride a wheelie on mine after reading others experience with this bike.
