Dang, I knew these were awesome bikes but if we have to dig that deep to find flaws that just confirms it.

Interesting. But. Not surprising. I've seen so much misspelling and "Engrish" in the final release of Japanese products, things like this don't surprise me anymore. But, well, it is Honda Motor Company. Anyways, I don't know how old you Guys are, but I grew up in the Nintendo generation. It was very common to see misspellings in NES game manuals and credits/text during the game. I'm not sure why it was so common, but maybe has to do with the fact that everything was done in Japan for certain products at that time. I recently visited the RK website (For RK Chains and Sprockets) and noticed lots of mistakes there as well. Kind of surprising for a company that makes such an awesome product.

`85 here, also grew up with the NES however was too young to notice things like that obviously cause of the language... From what I`ve seen, the Korean and Chinese products seem to have much more misspells than Japanese, specially the Finnish instructions are sometimes so far out there they basically only provide humor to the reader rather than any kind of useful data, but they are not uncommon in Japanese products either.

Probably one of the funniest misspell I keep bumping into is on a universal instruction found in almost all car brake pad boxes, it should say "jarrupalojen asennusohje" which is brake pad fitting instruction in Finnish, but instead it says "Jarrupalojen masennusohje", a small thing but that changes it to brake pad depressing instructions instead

Here's some history on things molded in, although it is about the F4i.

The words "Dedicated to Super Evaluators Dirk Vandenberg and Josef Boyd", are embossed in raised letters on the inside of the Honda CBR600F4's upper fairing.[4] This dedication was made because two of Honda R&D's senior product developers were killed during the final testing of this model.

^ There was a thread of that some time ago I believe in the F4i section, funny little "easter eggs" to be found...
