Default Generator Cover

Hi,

I dropped my '93 600f and cracked the generator cover. I have managed to source a replacement + Gasket and plan to do the work myself.

I have never worked on bikes before although have a reasonable ammount of mechnical experience. Can anyone provide me with any hints or tips? It looks like it should just be a straight swap, is this right?

Also, does anyone know of anywhere I can find maintanance information for this model such as guides for oil/coolant changes, or removing fairings?

Cheers

Rudie

should be a pretty easy switch over... just make sure you get all of the old gasket out before you put everything back together.

check your owners manual for the service intervals but typically your oil changes are milage based but coolant is normally time (2yrs for most bikes)
