front fender removal

Default front fender removal

guys i was just wondering how to take off the front fender, do you need to remove the wheel? or imI just not seeing something. any imput would be great, thanks

Yes, remove the wheel. It will make it easier and save you some heartache later.

NO!! i just took mine off about 15 mins ago to sand and primer. i took off the two allen wrench screws on the outside of fender and then the screws that hold on the reflectors and brake lines thats it no wheel removal!! the nuts should be connected to the fender.

yeah you dontHAVE to take the wheel off.. although if you are removing the wheel anyways it is easier.

A trick to taking the fender off is once you have the fender unscrewed push the fender down on the tire and move the wheel forward comes off easier that way.
