I was wondering if the F2's frame is steel or stainless steel, can it be polished and if so will it rust? Thank you

yes you can polish it... i would put a clear coat on it once you get it gleaming.. then no rust or oxidation!

Yeah, steel..
I polished an FZR600 frame...you can;t get it to be like polished aluminum though.
It will rust if it gets wet....so a wax of some kind would be my recommendation...I think a clear might flake off...?
