I have a 1991 CBR600f2 that I bought used in 1993. I haven't done much to change the bike since then (never could find the money). As a result the rear fender and front fenders are showing signs of fading. I would like to change the look of the bike a little and thought carbon fiber looks good. I can find the rear fender ($65.00) and some mirrors ($55.00) but I cannot find the front fender for a decent price. I am not racing and do not want to spend $300 on one.

My question is will a 1995 f3 fender fit on my 1991 f2? I found one for a decent price but have no clue if it will fit. Thanks.

 

Hard to figure out what you were talking about (fender=fairing)...There were several other posts here regarding F3 body on an F2...I can sum it up by saying the F3 Lowers and Fender (on the front wheel) will fit, the Upper requires an F3 stay, and the tail requires an F3 tail-light.

If someone has done this or this is wrong please chime in, I am just repeating what I have read in other posts.
