That I don't know... the F3 has a totally different carb.
Someone that has done the swap may be able to comment on that, I don't think it would be too hard to route an intake tube to the front of the bike though.
The F3's carb has a throttle position sensor, different jetting, slightly different float needles, and coolant flows through it I believe.

RE: F3 motor/carb/airbox swap?
Hi there,
when I installed the F3 carbs on my bike I also used the F3 ram-air system, actually it was one of the reasons I replaced the carbs.
To be able to install the F3 ram-air system you need to remove one of the original mounting points for the F2 air box, the one on the front of the box.
Regarding the coolant pipes that run to the F3 carbs then I just removed them and have not found any issues regarding that.
There is a throttle position sensor on the F3 carbs, I used the sensorand to be able to do that I also installed an F3 wiring harness and CDI box. If you want to install the sensor you ether need to modify the frame, no room for the sensor, or do as I did.... look at these photoswww.flickr.com/vallip impg2436
