I don't know about the F3 cams (be interested to know the answer to that one too, and if there's any difference in performance), but I'd invest in a jet kit for the carbs. [8D]

everything read says they'll fit but with no direct answer and all the cam makers classifiy them together but I cannot find F3 specs so I think I'm gonna try running two intake cams now all I will need is jets

I dont think you can run 2 intake cams like you can on a V-twin. You're also gonna have to do a valve adjustment either way.

I dont know how 2 intake cams will run but im postive it will work as it will in any dohc engine (almost) its just a cheap way of getting more lift, as for the jets they are free just like the bike i just have to assemeble it and if it makes it one block ill be satisified I'm trying to make a daily driver the bike was in a million pieces and the frame is pretty bad shape one block and its sold for parts

The jetting is different on F3 carbs, they actually use 2 different main jets in the carbs... 138 in 2 of the carbs and 140 in the other 2.

I'm sure they would fit but it would be a headache trying to get it to run the way it should.

Hi there,

I installed F3 carbs on my F2 last winter, including the ram air system. I also installed a dinojett kit stage 1 and the motor ran perfectly.

I was sure it would be a nightmare to get the jetting right but this time it was the easiest re-jetting job I have done.
