f2 wont start, keeps fouling plugs

make sure the choke is all the way off. i know that if i have the choke on at all and rev it up the rpms will hang like that. and eventhough u put a different set of carbs on they still need to be tuned.

well actually this set of carbs doesn't have the choke ha, but thats something that I need to check on my other carbs

Could be a couple different things now. Try blipping the throttle and see if it drops to idle when you do.

mines been doing the same thing since its been cold like 40-50 comes down real slow from 2500 i was thinkin it had something to do with the cold causing something to stick

Sounds like there out of sync. Also your motor will hang a little more in the air based on air density on how cold it is. As the air intake warms up sitting there for a couple of seconds it will come back down.
