I suggest getting a VFR 750 swingarm. Its almost a direct bolt up. I have a VFR swingarm on my F3 and it looks great.

i had got a vfr swingarm but i think it wasnt the 750 and it didnt work out at all, my biggest question is how will the shock mount to the frame or will i have to make a new bracket.
better quality pics of my paint job

still thinking of what to do with the fron fender, either make a new one or cut the one i have..

I am sure alot of others have made the same mistake purchasing a VFR 800 swingarm instead of a 750. The 750 is like I said is almost a direct bolt on. I had a custom shock mount made for my bike and it sure handles good. Others have just made a mount and had it welded to the top of the swingarm. You can either use the VFR swingarm bolt get it cut down and rethreaded or find a different set of bearings that will allow you use the CBR swingarm bolt. Throw in a few spacers also to aline the two sprockets and your set. Also the left rearset needed spacers and a longer bolt to clear the bulk of the new swingarm with bending the shift linkage just a little.
I just noticed also your tires look cracked out. Time for a new set.
