do a search there is a brief write up from when i did it.

i thought it was a pain in the a$$.. the engine and trans have to be swapped. F2 upper and lower mounts will have to be cut and a new lower welded in.. use the 893cc engine. you will have to loose the airbox. one sec i will find the write up.

this is all that i had to go by. http://home.insightbb.com/~cbr600f3/but DONT notch the frame. 2 months after this i read that his frame cracked through. shave the head off the acorn nut its easier. anything else let me know.

oh yeah and the first time i took it out the motor mount ripped off the block and its aluminum so the engine had to be taken apart and 200.00 to weld the ear back on. and it HAD to go to the shop to be tuned and they were mystified by trying to tune it with no airbox.(the f2 is too small and the 900 airboxwith the f2 tank is too big) that cost me 600.00 and that was with my 15% club discount.

prob close to 2000.00

engine-500 (which wasa "hook-up")
tuning-600 had to go in twice at 300.00
pipe and headers-350.00
welding the engine mount- 200.00 only because it broke- the rest i did myself.
odds and ends--100.00
new radiator hose-20.00
i think that was everything.
