hi guys, i recently purchased a 1994 f2. I went to transfer the title and they need the engine number, however, i am aqn idiot and dont know where the engine number is on the bike. I know this is probably pathetic just like all of my questions but could someone please tell me where it is. THank you.

 

What the heck state are you in that needs an engine number? Anyway, it's on top of the clutch housing stamped into the motor. (This is the big round bulge on the right side of the engine.)

 

thanks man. and im in minnesota. i dont know, they said they had to have it.

 

I guess it's not a bad idea if your bike gets jacked... maybe help track them down if they try and part it.
