I was on my bike (f2) about 2minutes when the engine choked and stoped. I tried to restart it but i can't. I put the choke, my bike started and then shut off. again and again... the next day i check my spark plug , my wires, my ignition module,and the regulator. all of them are good. I started the bike #1 and then after 2 minutes of ridding, he choked and shut of as the previous day. WTF??
IS someone has a clue ?

 

Sounds like a fuel problem. Like it is running out of gas.
1. Make sure there is gas in it.
2. Make sure gas comes out of the tube from the tank. (I think there is a screen in the petcock, it could be pluged?)
3. Check and make sure the fuel pump, pumps fuel through the hose into the carbs. Make sure no lines are pluged.
4. Possibly float stuck closed on one or more carbs? Take carbs off and inspect and rebuild.

That is my 2 cents. Hope you find a cure.

 

hey if you find out anything to fix your bike please let me know. my f3 did that same craziness yesterday. i figured i fouled a plug but i havent had time to check anything out yet. it definately acted like it wasnt getting fuel though same as yours. thanks

 

Had a similar problem with mine . Will it run on the reserve ? Mine was ok like this , so took the fuel tap apart and found a tiny peice of **** in it . After that , all ok.

i got news

i changed my coils and the regulator , the bike started ran well !wow new record 10 mentues. i'was on the highway when rpms drop until it stoped.
damn!!!

i restarted it he seems to ran on 2 cyliders or 3 .

so let's figur it out

battery ok
coil ok
plugs and wires ok
regulator ok
all system ok
ignition control module ok
tank ok
reserve ok
gaz ok
all gaz tube ok

conclusion maybe the carbs ?

mine does the same thing when i start it back up, it acts like its not on all cylinders. with school and homework i havent got time to dig into this yet and i am definately not looking forward to it with it sounding just like your problem.

 

well call me a bitch but i took it to honda and they said that the jets needed cleaned. i havent got it back yet to see if its better but i guess give it a try.

 

Well I Got My Anwser!

The Probleme Was The Carbs. We CLeaned Every PArts Of THe Carbs ,Put It Back On And Every Things Worked!

 

well i just got a new update about my bike. it looks like the fuel pump took a dump. it had nothing to do with the carbs. i dont know if youve checked that out or not yet but it might be worth a shot
