the plug on the solenoid is dirty, as you said you checked the 30A fuse so you must have removed the plug ,
clean the terminals with a nail file & use a small pick to clean the plug socket, lube both the terminals with petrolium jelly & that should sort you out, All your mains including the charge go through this plug

 

ok here it is guys. the battery voltage was good --12.8V-- but it wasnt putting out any AMPS---new battery and the problem is gone.[sm=gears.gif].. thanks for all the fast replies i appreciate the help!!!
