Sounds good, just make sure everything is included in the kit.
Should have:
4new needles
4 new springs
3 new sets of (4) main jets, different sizes
1 new D bolt tool
2 DynoJet decals
DynoJet warns that there is afakecheapchinese knock-off kit that looks almost identical (it's a scam)

I buy most of my stuff from BikeBandit.com, $113 there for peace of mind.

You should only change your jetting if you've upgraded your exhaust and/or intake.
It just helps match the fuel flow to the air flow.
When you upgrade exhaust and air filters you are pushing more air through the engine, so you need more fuel for ideal running conditions.
You will gain crisper throttle response and overall better performance.
