Default Drive sprocket removal

Hi Guys.

Im having trouble removing the small drive chain sprocket on the transmision......damn thing is on very tight.
How do you get it off ?

Is it a leftthread or normal?

I put it in first gear to stop it spinning, but i still turn the engine......

Hope you can help, thanks

Try putting it into a higher gear, should be harder to turn the engine in 6 than 1. Otherwise, put the chain on along with the back wheel, and use the rear brake to provide the counter resistance. Looks like it should be a normal threaded bolt.

I did it by putting it in a higher gear. That'd be the easiest way without an impact. good luck!
