Doesn't start after Carb Cleaner

I have turned it over several times the last few days; and sprayed maybe three seconds max of carb cleaner in each carb. That was a few days ago that i sprayed the cleaner in. Could it be possible that it is something unrelated to the carb cleaner?

I might have choked it and gave it gas at some point in the process of trying to find out what is going on. But right after it put on the carbs this morning, it didn't do anything but turn it over, and nothing but a backfire. Plugs are about month old.

I had a buddys bike do the same thing.....We couldnt get it to start for nothing, changed the plugs gave the battery a GOOD charge and it fired right up...

New plugs eh? I just put new ones in a month ago. But if it works, i'm all for it.

post results man. i am pretty confident that that is your problem and you just overlooked it because you figured they would be fine since they are only a month old. and because i believe i read that you said they smelled like gas when you took them out.

Its true, I definelty didn't worry about it cuz they are new. I am at work right now. Workin hard right? They were wet with gas when i took them out. So results are going to be up tonight. Thanks so much guys, its been fun.

Dont forget to get the NGK plugs...bout 9 bucks a piece.

ha ha exactly! this time i am getting the non-fouling plugs, i hear those are better.

They are wet because of something you did, dont blame the plugs :P
