Does this Look Bent
Hmm...maybe this weekend I'll do that. Il probly also then, since my bike is naked, take off the headers and pipes and get all the rust off then paint them possibly with some black intense heat spray paint...or silver I already own some silver...
The exhaust paint will burn off, trust me.
It will last about 2 rides, then be gone!
Get them ceramic coated for $100, they look chrome, it adds power (lowers exhaustturbulance in the header, exhaust gases escape faster) and keeps everything inside the plastics a lot cooler.
Plus they'll never rust again.

Should I see if they could do my D&D slip-on also because it too is starting to get rust spots all over it.

So is there a specific company that does this or is it just many different people do this?

The odd powder coating shop may offer the service.
If you get ahold of a chroming shop, and they dont do ceramic coatings, ask them if they know who does... (most shops like that know where to get the other services done)
P.S.
You can get the slip-on done, but they cannot do the inside.
You have to drill out the rivets and take the canister apart, then find somebody with a rivet gun and rivet it back together.
See if you can buy the rivets ahead of time, and have them ceramic coated at the same time... That way they dont look dumb!
Wait...are you saying when they ceramic coat they do it on the inside also?
$100 also sounds to good to be true, I bet it more than that here.

I got the answer..... Unbend it then clean it up with a sand blaster or scrub it with brillow then hit it with mothers polishing compound then wax. it wont rust or oxidize. I did it to mine. and it also comes out shiny... use a dremil to do the polishing. you can also use the dremil to take away the rust if you have a dremil you just spent 2.99 on mothers and it looks better then new
