How about the headlight and front turn signals? It doesn't look like they would match up...

You are absolutely right...

I just went out to the garage and held up my f3 headlight underneath my f2 and they are indeed a different shape.

As far as the turn signals go, I think I'd put on flushmounts anyway so that wouldn't be too much trouble I wouldn't think (unless you were super picky about needing to keep the stock look).

Thanks for clearing that up Hershey!

So you'd have to pick up an f3 headlight and a taillight from a 97-98 f3...(unofficially)

Looks like a smokin' joes kit out there now too - kinda wish I would have waited now. I wouldn't have had to paint my wheels for that one...

lol, did you bid on that smokin joes body kit? you were outbid! way too much for shipping in my opinion, and you have to buy a windscreen if you're putting it on an F2, they arent the same!

I cant wait to see what I can do to my F2 when I make it a track bike... I'd love to see how much weight I can hack off!

Yeah, the bid was at $5 when I saw it so I tossed a little more at it. I already have the repsol kit coming (for my f3) but since I already have a set of yellow wheels I thought I might see if this joes kit would go cheap. yeah shipping is high but if you look at it from a standpoint of get a full set of plastics and if you can get it cheap enough it all works out. I paid $300 +$230 shipping for my repsol kit. We'll see what its like once it gets here, but that's not too bad for a full set of non-scratched fairings I didn't think. I'll be watching this joes kit too
