Default Choke walking on me

On my 92 F2, if I give it a hard throttle pull up past 7K, then the choke will actually walk to the high side. Then upon coming to a stop it will stall. Is this linked to a vacuum line or something?

. . . . . .This make a whole lot of no sense. If your bike is in motion, the choke SHOULD be at the high side. If your bike doesn't work with the choke UP, then you have a severe problem that you need to deal with. Is this the case?

I have the choke on the lowest amount. If I go to high, then I see the RPM slowly go down till the bike stalls. The problem I saw was when I was driving.

Well, the choke line runs from the switch to the top of the carb unit. Open up the LH housing, and take off your tank and airbox, and see if you can figure out anything obvious while wiggling it. Beyond that, the choke manifold has a spring that holds it shut, but you're gonna have to remove the carbs to get to it. Honestly, it sounds to me like the spring is missing or broken, and the engine vibration is causing the manifold to jiggle open. The manifold opening would drag the choke cable with it, and thus make the lever move on its own.

I have the choke off, low, whatever. As im riding and I give it a hard pull, about the 7k and higher its like the lever just starts moving towards the high choke. when im riding, its on the lowest, only turned up when i start.

He means he starts with the choke off, and it slowly turns itself on, thus throwing too much air in the mix and killing the bike.
