Default CBR600 F2 1992 Fuses

Hi All

Does anyone have a fuse diagram. My manual does not have anything in it about the fuse box

My 'Passing Switch/flasher' has failed. The permanent main beam switch is fine. Just wanted to check if there is a fuse before i go further

Is this a UK F2 or something?

Usually they are labeled on the cover. The manual has it on the wiring diagram. When all else fails, check them all.

I only have the F1 to hand but for what it's worth there's no separate fuse for high beam flash in that wiring diagram - the passing switch is fed off the horn switch power feed so should work all the time the key is on - I would check horn is getting power and then passing switch accordingly.

Thanks Phil314 - i may brave the weather this w/e & have a look. i am sure the horn is working so will prob have to brake open the connector unit & give it a good clean. The indicator switch has always been stiff but i must confess i rarely use the indicators

Update after the weekend work
Opened up the switch gear & attacked it with electrical connector cleaner & a brush. Still the flasher switch will not work.
All the other switches on this left handle bar switch gear works, the horn works, the indicators work & the main beam 'permanent on switch' works.
I then dug out my multimeter, i must confess at this point i am not very clever when it comes to electrics & what multimeter reader symbols are all about but i turned the reader to 20 volts, the one i use to test battery, thanks to You Tube help. When i placed the probes on the live(Brown) & earth(blue) cables that are soldered onto the flasher switch, i was getting a reading of 13.xx etc so to me this would tell me that power is getting the the switch gear.
So i then got some sand paper and gave the switch a rubbing where they touch & still no main beam from the 'pass swtch'.
Put the bike away & drank beer...
