Broke the plastic nipple where the fuel hose connects to carb
So I was going to clean the carb and I had it all out except the fuel hoses were still attached. After loosening the clamps the left hose came off pretty easily but the right one was stuck. I grabbed some pliers to grip it better but then the nipple just snapped off. Any ideas on what I should do? Heres a picture.

It seems as if the whole thing is basically welded together so I dont think theres anyway to remove and replace it...
You are going to need to order a new one. I would get new o-rings while you're at it. Then you will need to separate those 2 carbs and replace it. Take the opportunity to disassemble your carbs and get to know them while you clean them throughly.

Okay I got the piece out and by its self. Any idea what its called? I'm not able to find anything like it with googling. Would local automotive shops carry it?
No. you will need to get that from a bike shop or online. It's a fuel T joint. If you go to an online place (partzilla, cheapcycleparts, etc.) look under the carburetor assembly microfiche for your particular bike. You will find what you are looking for.
