Default Bike died on me, watch out for this...

It has been about 3 weeks since I got my bike serviced (jet kit) and I was riding home the other night and the bike started hitting on 3 cylinders, you can tell cause of the sound and loss of power. Then another half mile it went to 2 cylinders and shut off, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Gas was good, and everything looked fine. But it wouldnt fire. I figured it was fouled plugs. I got plugs and pulled the fairings off and got to looking, and the fuel filter had no gas in it. What happened was the guy at Honda didnt secure my fuel line down and it had moved around till it pinched itself, cutting my fuel off. I used a couple zip ties and made sure the line had no crimps and started the engine right up. Make sure if this happens to you guys that you check for crimps in the fuel line, the one on my bike i can tell is way to long for what it should be, so just giving you all a heads up. Hope this helps.

same the same thing happened to me about a month ago and it blew my mind for a while. but mine was the overflow hose and it was vapor locking the tank after about 5 minutes of driving! at least you could fix it yourself and didnt have to take it back in and have more down time!
