Qoute:Don't ever do that.Jets aren't that expensive individually.

What's on your bike now?

My F2 racebike had the clip in the top position, one carb needle shim underneath the clip.40 pilot jet (stock is 38) ,122 main (stock is 132,I think).Paper air filter, ran awsome and made 88.7hp on an eddy-current dyno on pump gas.I had this done at shop here in Atlanta, and went out and whooped ***!! (til the motor finally gave up,after 13 years)

Oh oh oh.Almost forgot. You have to get the air mixture screw adjuster right also. That I haven't looked at yet (maybe this weekend).I have to make a tool for it.It's the d-shaped thingy on the bottom of the carb.

I'll let you know as soon as I do __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ __________________________________________________ ___________ok i installed a stage one on my bike and i dont like the way it runs i am currently uninstaling it reason being it seems to have droped all but the topend power. ive done plenty of carb work so iam pretty versed in the subject but ive tried all adjustments to no avail. then i come across this post. anyone got their specific set up or any pros with some advice? will this set up work? what i put in my bike was a stage one and being mine is a cali bike it only came with mains (i also used 122) needles and these weird *** needle shrouds.scroll down and on this page and you,ll see what iam talkin bout http://www.dynojet.com/pdf/1140CA.pdfjust for reference iam only runin a slip scorpion and a kn filter. any help will be greatly appreciated[sm=hail.gif]
