Anyone have HRC cams?
Hey guys I'm just doing a bunch of upgrades to my bike after a few years of sitting and came upon the HRC F2 & F3 mild grind cams on two bros racing.com http://www.twobros.com/sku/002-10084 . I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with these. They are quite pricey at $650 plus you have to use HRC valve Springs as well. I have had my bike for 15 years & am probably going to turn it into a tracker. Ive already done all other hp upgrades, k&n, jet kit, full exhaust, ignition advancer, etc. Just looking into what else I can do. Any input is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yeah, you probably will be the only one. You're talk about a 20+ year old 600. I'm pretty sure I could find some F2s for $650. If you want to talk about modding them for more power, that's fine. But I doubt you'll find anyone with that specific cam. And I'm surprised it states you must use HRC springs, but doesn't say how much lift the cams have.
I, personally, wouldn't trust it until I verified some numbers and measurements.
And if you truly need the new springs, it's going to get a lot more expensive. You could get a much more modern bike for what you'll have into this head if you need new springs.

I don't care about costs. The parts i have on this bike are worth more than the bike basically anyways. I've had this bike forever(16 yrs), and for the possible $1000 for the head work I couldn't find a more modern bike lol. I will trust the cams seeing as they are HRC, and from two bros who had a incredible racing history with the f2/f3 back in the day. I'll just have to consider if I want them or not. Considering I may make it a track bike, it's a possibility.
