my buddy jsut put on k&n filters on his bandit 1200 and eliminated his air box can us honda guys so that too if so what filter work for us....part number???????

you can put in a k&N, but you will still have an airbox.. it goes inside the airbox.

why do you want to get rid of the airbox?

I'd think that will protect the air filter from getting wet.
