Aftermarket turn signals?
I'd try Ebay. They sell LED turn signals for around 10 bucks. I will warn you though, some are complete junk and some are great. I ordered 2 just in case... one set was dim and the other set was bright! I made my own bracket for the LED turn signals and they work like a charm.
I did some generic style like these: MOTRAX L.E.D. turn signal indicators, universal fit, small/bright & stylin' | eBay
And mounted them on a bracket I bent out of some bar stock and attached to my license plate frame:

The generic ones I got are bright. Only thing though, they don't have two elements so they don't act as running lights, just directional signals.

Factory rear signals don't function as running lights either - just blinkers. The wiring isn't present to make them work as running lights.

fronts are a 3-wire setup, park/turn function. There are several threads about how to convert a 2 wire aftermarket signal to maintain all function on the front - this one seems to be the longest running:
