Default Aftermarket clipons

So a stupid question about clipons, since I laid down my bike and broke off the handlebar weight off the inside of the handlebar I know I need a replacement. I'm pretty sure about everything swapping over to an aftermarket clipon except for the throttle. I haven't taken it off yet to look and see how its put together but will it swap over just as easily as everything else?

Thanks for answering a newb's questions.

i would assume everything would transfer over. basically the throttle tube sits in a slot inside the start switch and the cables hook into it. what type of clipons are you looking at? theres several stock ones on ebay for sale.

have you tried to use an easy out or something to that effect to just remove the broken bolt and replace the bar end

Ive got a real nice set ill sale you fairly cheap. Well a set of stock ones. aftermarket ones do not work very well with the stock master cylinders.

PM me some pictures and how much you want and we can possibly work something out.

When I dropped the bike it ripped the weight out and instead of breaking the bolt it broke off the threaded part of the handle that the bolt screws into and bent the bolt. So getting the bolt out won't really help.

If you could get me a shipping quote. zip code 47804. Just some kind of ballpark number. As long as its reasonable I'll probably take them off your hands.
