Adjusting idle mixture screw...
Has anyone got tips on adjusting the idle mixture screws properly ?
My bike is running a little rough at low rpm, and looking at the plugs, im sure a little tweaking on the idle mixture screws will fix it.
Ive ordered a 4 guage carb sync meter, and hope it will be here in a few days time.

Download the service manual: http://hondatech.info/downloads/Moto/CBR/
Actual Page 55 (6-14 as printed by the manual, pg 56 or 6-15 for high altitude adjustments) contains detailed information on "Pilot Screw Adjustment." You need a tach that can measure RPMs in 50 RPM increments. Actron CP7677 Automotive TroubleShooter - Digital Multimeter and Engine Analyzer can measure in 10 RPM increments.
You will need a D-Head bit for the screw adjustment, or alternatively, you can do what I did which was cut a slot into the screw for a flathead. You can get a D-Head bit and/or adjustment tool (comes with bit) from Motion-Pro (link).

RE: Adjusting idle mixture screw...
I had the carbs pulled and covered all of the openings. You can get a small flat head in...like the ones used to adjust glasses, but you'll burn your arm. I think it would be easier to do if the tank wasn't in place...but not having the airfilter on might affect the adjustments, but I don't have the experience to really know this. Don't depend on your built in tach, it's not precise enough. I have pictures of where to hook up the tach that I used.

well, I wasn`t realy going to rely too much on the tach....
I read another place, that you can use the vacum metersconnectedto the carbs to see how each carb is efected by leaning, or richening the screw....
You can see if one cylinder begins to stumble if adjusted incorrectly.
I bet this will take alot of time to adjust, and to get the feel and hang of it
