ballast wires and connections i'd assume

Did you mean ballast, wires, and connections? For 80$ you'd better get everything you need to plug and play.

Not on ebay, bro. Use the ebay guy Blue fox recommends and you can get them for 70-90 shipped.

Never, ever use a bulb with a blue tint like that. Silverstars are OK (they're only a little blue), but those "Xenon" bulbs sacrifice potential light output just to make your lights LOOK like HID (but they won't perform even close to them).

A blue tint that dark means you're looking at a poorly-designed, poorly-made item that is designed for idiots who don't know any better.

I fell for the blue xenons once. After a few minutes of not being able to see **** I switched back to the Silverstars. 100% better

I have been a member here for about a year now and there was a sponsor on here that sold HID kits specifically for our bikes. The only problem with that is that the link is on my computer at work. Another problem is that they moved my computer as I was walking out the door. So once I find my computer at work, I will right down the web address, post it on here and everyone can judge for themselves. They are 100% legal in all states and you will not get a ticket.

xenonexpert.com sells an H4 Bixenon kit. Has a solenoid that moves a shield back and forth over the bulb when you switch from high's to lows. That way you're not always running high's and lows as you would with a standard H4 style HID kit from Ebay.

Default HID sucks...

Kits with slim ballasts (which you'll have to find a place for but are better for a moto's confined space) go for approx 50-100 shipped. Do HID. I've had it on my cars and it is awesome. I will get it for my bike when I can afford it.
Go with LED!
