What is a "choke pin o-ring" ?

I've looked at 2 parts diagrams, and no part of the choke or "starting enrichment valve" system has any o-rings.

If it was me, I would look for an air leak at the carburetor boots and if you've got sticky carbs I would tear them down - clean them and make sure everything moves freely.
