Default what is this piece called?

i seem to be leaking some fuel and i can see where its coming from. it looks like some type of fuel rail ontop of the carbs but im not for sure on that. thier are two spouts on either side and i am dumping fuel outta the left spout. anybody know wat this piece is called, wat the purpose is and possably if i can just stop the leak myself? i have circles the two "spouts" in the attached picture

They are overflow tubes for your carbs, and they usually have fuel coming out of them if the float bowls get too full or something of that nature.. Mine is doing the same thing as we speak..

Unless the idea of riding with a flaming crotch is apealing to you, I would fix the fuel leak. You probably have a float that is sticking...not stopping the fuel flow into the carbs at the full level... Remove the carbs and clean them.

The floats are attached to a needle that seats and stops gas from entering the bowls when full. It is not doing its job.
Try to understand that the pump is there because the lower half of the fuel tank is lower than the carbs. The bike will run on gravity feed only until the level in the tank matches the carbs...then you can not access the rest of the fuel.

Yup. Sticking float. Remove and clean carbs or add seafoam and see if the mechanic in a can solution works.
